‘Who’ will be at Comic Con Ireland this October? You guessed it! David Bradley, best known for playing the original Doctor Who, Argus Finch in Harry Potter and Walder Frey in Game of Thrones, will be meeting fans at the RDS in October.

A skilled and talented stage, film and TV actor, the Olivier and BAFTA Award-Winning star has a host of well-known sci-fi, superhero and fantasy titles under his belt – most reputably as hot-headed Hogwarts caretaker, Argus Finch in the hugely popular Harry Potter film series and he returned to Doctor Who portraying the First Doctor in “The Doctor Falls” and the 2017 Christmas Special “Twice Upon a Time”.

David Bradley’s many other roles included portraying villainous Lord Walder Frey in huge HBO hit Game of Thrones, spin-off show The Sarah Jane adventures, 2011 Marvel blockbuster Captain America: The First Avenger; critically-acclaimed crime drama Broadchurch; Edgar Wright comedies Hot Fuzz and The World’s End, and vampire horror series The Strain, co-created by Guillermo del Toro.

Yorkshire-born Bradley’s other credits Michael Caine action-thriller Harry Brown; rumbustious historical drama The Tudors; Terry Pratchett adaptation The Colour of Magic and ground-breaking BBC series Our Friends in the North.
